This organic and vegan Pinot Noir was harvested from the estate's Mimi Block (planted in 2009) and aged 21 months in French oak.
Classic Pinosity here. Expect notes of sweet cherries and menthol, raspberry tea and cedar, forest floor and fine fragrant spices. It's a fresh version, fine boned and reflects flavours of wild red berries, tealeaf, fine spice and leather. It's Medium-bodied and elegant with another wash of mint on the finish.
